Delete your Soundame account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data and any active subscription are removed immediately.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Soundame and tap Account (top-right on the home screen).
- Scroll to the bottom of the Account page.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.
Your account, subscription, and all data are removed immediately.
What is deleted
- Your email address and login credentials
- All children's profiles (names, ages)
- All game progress and statistics per child
- Subscription status and billing link (any active Paddle subscription is cancelled immediately)
- Attribution and analytics identifiers tied to your account
What is not deleted
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you (device-level play counts with no email or name attached)
There is no retention window — deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Need help or can’t access the app?
Email us and we will delete your account manually within 7 days:
