Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for Soundame ("Service") from Soundame. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"); refunds are issued back through Paddle to the original payment method.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Soundame, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, for any reason. This is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under EU or local consumer-protection law.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel from your account page before the renewal date. Refund requests for renewal charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally granted if the request is made within 7 days of the renewal and the Service has not been used substantively during the new period.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@soundame.com from the address associated with your account, or contact Paddle directly via the receipt you received. Include your order/transaction ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days; once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Exclusions

  • Refunds are not available for accounts terminated by us for breach of the Terms of Service.
  • Charges older than 60 days are outside our standard refund window but may still be considered where required by law.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within a day. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension.
