These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Soundame (the "Service"), a voice-first audio game for children, operated by Marko Berkes, an individual sole proprietor based in the Republic of Serbia, doing business as Soundame ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Soundame is designed primarily for children, with an accent on kids, but is suitable for players of all ages. When a child uses the Service, it is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you consent on behalf of any child using the Service.
You are responsible for the credentials you create and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@soundame.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Soundame is offered on a free tier with limited daily play time and on a paid subscription that removes the daily limit. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You will not (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, (b) use the Service to harm minors, (c) circumvent access controls, (d) resell or sublicense the Service.
All audio, voice prompts, designs, and software comprising the Service are owned by Soundame or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision becomes unlawful or commercially unreasonable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Belgrade, Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
